Anne M. Bevington (Senior Counsel)
Ms. Bevington has practiced law in the San Francisco Bay Area, concentrating primarily on civil litigation. She was a partner in the San Francisco firm of Knecht, Haley, Lawrence and Smith until 1995, where her practice involved primarily construction law, insurance coverage, and fidelity and surety bond litigation. She then concentrated on a general civil litigation practice that included employment law, and in 2005, began representing Taft-Hartley Trust Funds. Ms. Bevington joined Saltzman & Johnson Law Corporation in 2010, focusing on the representation of joint union-management employee benefit trust clients in ERISA litigation matters. Ms. Bevington has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation.

Ms. Bevington is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Francisco Bar Association, and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. She is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and all United States District Courts in California.
Ms. Bevington graduated from San Francisco State University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy, and from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1983 with a Juris Doctor (J.D.), magna cum laude. In law school she served as Technical Editor of the Hastings Law Review for 1982-83, received an American Jurisprudence Award in Evidence, and was a member of the national honor society, Order of the Coif. In her third year of law school she worked as a judicial extern for Hon. Allen E. Broussard, Justice of the Supreme Court of California.
